Schmick Shiraz 2018 – 96 points – 5 stars
Superbly ripe and gracefully opulent, the wine shows dark fruit richness, spicy oak, tapenade and dark chocolate notes on the nose, followed by a concentrated palate offering plush texture and multi-layered mouthfeel. Tannins are silky and in abundance, making it structured and impressively long on the finish. At its best: now to 2035. $100.00.

Boundary Row Shiraz 2021 – 93 points – 5 stars
Wonderfully ripe and fragrant, the bouquet shows dark and purple fruit intensity, rich floral, clove and cedary oak characters. The palate displays excellent weight and gorgeous fruit flavours, well supported by silky texture and beautifully melded tannins, finishing long and delicious. At its best: now to 2033. $30.00.

Seven Sleepers Shiraz 2021 – 92 points – 4.5 stars
It’s splendidly ripe and inviting on the nose with black/blueberry, violet, warm spice and toasted almond notes. The palate is equally appealing with bright fruit flavours with silky texture, finishing lingering and delightfully drinkable. At its best: now to 2030. $20.00.

Seven Sleepers Red Blend 2021 – 91 points – 4.5 stars
Fruit forward and fragrant, the wine shows blackcurrant, dried herb, game and roasted nut aromas, leading to a medium-full-bodied palate offering fine texture and succulent fruit flavours, backed by polished tannins. Immediately appealing with spicy nuances, finishing sturdy and lingering. At its best: now to 2029. $20.00.
